Information Notice pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR – Privacy Notice for the Processing of Personal Data Collected from the Data Subject – Newsletter

In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), we hereby provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data you provide. This notice is issued pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data).

The “DATA CONTROLLER”, pursuant to Articles 4 and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679, is Fondazione REMADE I.S., represented by its pro tempore legal representative, with registered office and operational headquarters at Via Pompeo Litta, 5 – Milan.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data voluntarily provided through completion of the data collection form (first name, last name, email address) available in the Newsletter section of the website will be processed, until you object, for the following purposes:

• navigation of this website – legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(f) and Recital 47 GDPR;
• subscription to the REMADE Newsletter via mailing list and related activities, in order to receive informational, promotional, commercial and advertising material or information relating to events and initiatives from the Data Controller. Legal basis for the processing: consent pursuant to Article 6(a) GDPR;

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Your data, which are subject to processing, will not be disclosed; however, they may be communicated to companies contractually linked to REMADE, in compliance with and within the limits set out in Articles 44 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679, on the basis of an adequacy decision or subject to appropriate safeguards, in order to fulfil contractual obligations or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:

– entities providing services for the management of the information system used by REMADE and telecommunications networks (including email);

– competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public authorities, upon request.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA USED TO DETERMINE THE PERIOD

Processing will be carried out using automated and/or manual means, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects specifically authorised in compliance with Article 29 of EU Regulation 2016/679. Data will be retained for a period not exceeding the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed. Data will be retained as follows:

– navigation of this website: for the duration of the browsing session;

– receipt of newsletters or promotional communications in general via email: until objection.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL

Except as specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data.

The provision of personal data for subscription to the newsletter is necessary in order to subscribe to the newsletter. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You may exercise your rights as set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller at the REMADE offices via info@remade.it

You have the right, at any time, to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure of such data, and restriction of processing.

Furthermore, where applicable, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data (including automated processing, such as profiling), as well as to withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, pursuant to Article 15(f) of the aforementioned Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. With reference to Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and Article 9(2)(a) (consent for specific purposes relating to special categories of data), you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Where applicable, you have the right to data portability, and in such cases the Data Controller will provide you with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
