The Executive Committee of the ReMade Foundation is the body responsible for implementing the strategic guidelines defined by the Founder, in order to ensure the full achievement of the Foundation’s statutory purposes. It is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the foundation’s organizational, administrative, and accounting structure, as well as for preparing and approving the annual financial statements and the social enterprise report. The Executive Committee promotes and carries out all initiatives and activities deemed appropriate and necessary for the effective pursuit of the Foundation’s institutional objectives.

The Technical Area of the ReMade Foundation is responsible for managing and keeping up to date the standards underlying the ReMade certification scheme, as well as maintaining relations with certification bodies, auditors, and certified companies. It oversees the Catalogue of Certified Products and promotes training activities related to the ReMade scheme. In addition, it manages initial contacts with companies, technical documentation, and the operational coordination of the Foundation’s activities. It carries out continuous in-depth analysis of relevant standards, designing technical and scientific communication activities and initiatives related to sustainability and the circular economy.

The Technical and Administrative Secretariat supports the Foundation in its operational management and in coordinating its activities, handling the organization of the agenda of key contacts, relations with partners, associations, and clients, as well as the organization of events and initiatives. It also plays a central role in promoting the Foundation’s strategic objectives, with particular focus on internationalization processes and the development of new projects.
