Regolamento Imballaggi in vigore dall’11 febbraio 2025. Spinta al contenuto di riciclato
29.10.25Il Regolamento 2025/40/Ue relativo agli imballaggi e ai rifiuti da imballaggio (cd. Regolamento Ppwr) è il documento di riferimento, in vigore dall’11 febbraio 2025 e applicabile dal 12 agosto 2026, per tutta la disciplina europea e nazionale relativa al packaging e manderà in soffitta, proprio dal 2026, la storica Direttiva 62/94/Ce.Fra le tante novità normative, l’obbligo di imballaggi riciclabili e con un contenuto minimo di riciclato è una di quelle predominanti.
