ReMade labels allow certified companies to clearly and reliably communicate the recycled material content of their products. To ensure the accuracy of the information and consistency in communication, the ReMade Foundation follows a defined procedure for the issuance of labels.
Below are the main steps and the expected timelines.
The label issuance process begins once the certification procedure has been completed.
This step is necessary so that the Foundation can officially verify that the certification has been issued.
Once the certificate has been received, the company may request the issuance of the labels.
The request must be sent by email to the ReMade Foundation at the following address: info@remade.it
Before proceeding with the issuance of the labels, the ReMade Foundation verifies that it has also received the certificate directly from the certification body.
Once this verification has been completed, the Foundation confirms acceptance of the request and informs the company of the expected timelines for the issuance of the labels, depending on the type requested.
The timelines vary depending on the type of label.
If a certificate includes more than 20 certified products, in order to ensure a more efficient management of the process:
In specific cases, different arrangements may be agreed with the ReMade Foundation; however, this may result in longer issuance times.
